Vegaz is about the same age as vongola. They have been silently roaming around more or less in secrecy. They are the ones who had created the Vegaz rings, the strongest and the first of all space rings. They had gained the tranquil name for their rings as they were the ones who kept the main balance with in the other mafia families. Some say they are the ones who control and created the vendice to keep everything under control and that would most likily be true and logcal even thought that fact is still unknown. They were made in Madrid, Spain. They were started by the Primera, Eloy Vegaz. Him and his guardians brought justice for its first generation then the others ruined it. It tarnished its alliances, and even fought against vongola and lost, decreasing their numbers to very little.
Because of all the wars they had caused they basically disappeared into nothingness until a few generations back when their name started to rise back up as Tsunayoshi Sawada died. It was only rumors though. And thus it brought about the telling of 2 lost flames, the ocean, and the space. It was said they were lost in history and time, died out and never to be seen again, because they had been sealed away. Now that the seal on the rings are gone people have been discovered with totally new flames, and closer to the originals than ever. Now with the 14ths family dying the new generation has been picked and is a direct decedent of the Primera
